Dr. Meredith Reimer is a board-certified dermatologist and Cleveland native with more than 20 years of experience providing exceptional, patient-centered care. She is the founder of NEO Dermatology, where she has created a welcoming, boutique-style practice focused on delivering personalized, high-quality dermatologic care in a comfortable setting.
Dr. Reimer is a proud alumna of Laurel School and earned her Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Northwestern University. She went on to receive her medical degree from The Ohio State University College of Medicine, graduating summa cum laude. She completed her dermatology residency at John H. Stroger Hospital of Cook County, where she was selected to serve as Chief Resident.
Following her training, Dr. Reimer practiced in both the Chicago and Denver areas before returning home to Northeast Ohio in 2013 to raise her four children with her husband. Her decision to establish NEO Dermatology was driven by a passion for delivering more individualized care and fostering meaningful, long-term relationships with her patients.
Dr. Reimer provides comprehensive medical and cosmetic dermatology services, with particular expertise in skin cancer detection and surgical treatment. She is known for her thoughtful and honest approach, as well as her collaboration with referring physicians and surrounding medical systems to ensure continuity of care and the best possible outcomes.

Summer Gralewski is a licensed aesthetician who graduated from the Master Esthetics Program at Brown Aveda Institute in 2017. With nearly a decade of experience in the field, including three years in dermatology practice, Summer brings a strong clinical foundation and advanced expertise to her work.
Throughout Summer’s career, she has pursued extensive continuing education, completing advanced training in facial treatments and skincare. She is certified in dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, and PCA SKIN Professional Peels, and has a proven track record of helping patients achieve and maintain healthy, radiant skin.
Summer specializes in customized medical grade facials, dermaplaning, chemical peels, and thorough pore cleansing extractions. She also incorporates the Allergan Aesthetics DiamondGlow facial device into her treatments to enhance results. Dedicated to staying current with the latest advancements in aesthetics, Summer continually refines her skills to provide the highest level of care.
Known for her precision and attention to detail, Summer is passionate about delivering personalized treatments while educating patients on effective, individualized skincare routines. She takes pride in creating a welcoming, comfortable experience for every patient from start to finish.
Outside of her professional life, Summer enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.
